About the role
You will build the AI solutions that go into our clients’ operations: demand forecasting, document classification, assistants over their own data. The focus is not a pretty demo, it is the model that holds up in daily use.
Day to day
- Design and train predictive models on real client data.
- Build LLM applications, including search over the client’s own data.
- Put models into production, with monitoring and retraining.
- Measure results with business metrics, not only lab metrics.
What we look for
- Python and the libraries of the data and ML ecosystem
- Experience putting models into production, not just notebooks
- MLOps practices, with model versioning and monitoring
- Work with LLMs, including retrieval-augmented generation
- SQL and solid data literacy
- Technical honesty to say when AI is not the answer
